Design & Construction

MIRADOR is a new terrace addition (Fase II) to an existing house in Dorado Beach, PR. The new addition is meant to cover a significant area of the first floor while providing a second floor lookout (mirador) over the residential complex.

V1.0: The first version has a concrete bar top on the first level and the second level is completely covered.

V2.0: The second level is half covered and includes a bench with a green roof background.
